Crime by migrants is categorised as being additional crime in a nation. This crime is linked to the entry of the migrant or his offspring into the nation and the commiting of crime(s) by him or her or his offspring. This crime could not have occurred if the migrant or his offspring were not in the nation. European nations including Ireland are importing very different cultures which in many cases are opposed to democracy, freedom, women's rights, children's rights, wife rights, LGBT rights, religious rights, religious tolerance, free speech rights, Irish Constitutional rights and human rights. Many foreign cultures hate and oppose these rights and some are at war with these rights and this provides the context for this issue. For example, in Norway the Norwegian government and state authorities have anti rape and sexual assault courses for migrants to teach foreign migrants not to rape or sexually assault women and girls, and how to treat women wiith respect and dignity. crime, housing problems, homelessness, social problems, jail over-crowding, addictions, poverty, pressure on
healthcare and hospital resources and waiting lists, community breakdown, loss of identity
